1. Overview
This Order Cancellation & Change Policy explains how customers may request:

Order cancellation
-
Changes to shipping addresses
-
Changes to order details (size, color, quantity, etc.)
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations and order changes are time-sensitive and not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
2. Time-Sensitive Requests
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
Once an order has:

Entered processing with our fulfillment team, or
-
Been handed over to the shipping carrier
…it may no longer be possible to cancel or change it.
Important:

Cancellation is not guaranteed after the order is submitted.

All requests are handled on a best-effort basis.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order:

Email us immediately at support@apitee.com

Use the subject line: “Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”

Include:

Full name
-
Order number
-
Reason for cancellation

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, you must wait for delivery and then request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy (no returns are accepted).
4. How to Request a Change (Address, Item, Size, etc.)
If you need to make changes to your order:

Contact us immediately at support@apitee.com

Use the subject line: “Order Change Request – [Your Order Number]”

Provide:

Full name

Order number
-
Exact change requested

We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet entered processing.
Changes are not guaranteed, especially when:

The package is already processed or shipped
-
Items are packed
-
Items/variants are no longer in stock
If changes cannot be made, the order will proceed as originally placed.
5. Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been shipped:

It cannot be canceled
-
The shipping address cannot be updated
-
Item changes cannot be made
If the order cannot be modified, you must wait for delivery and then request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
Note:
We do not accept returns, including unwanted items.
Refunds may still be possible depending on the situation (see Refund Policy).
6. Pre-Orders or Backorders
For pre-order or backorder items:

You may request cancellation until processing begins.

Once the order enters processing, the same restrictions apply as standard orders.
Processing times may be longer and will be listed on the product page where applicable.
7. When We May Deny Cancellation or Change Requests
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or change requests when:

The order has already been processed or shipped

The requested modification is not possible

There is a pattern of excessive cancellations or payment disputes

Fraud or abuse is suspected
We always aim to act fairly and in good faith.
8. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo)

Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

No refunds will be issued to alternate payment methods
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information

Reviewing order details before submitting

Contacting us immediately if an error is detected
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Incorrect item/size selections
-
Delays caused by customer errors
10. Interaction With Refund Policy
This policy works together with our Refund Policy.
If cancellation or modification is not possible, customers may still request a refund after delivery if eligible under our Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns of any kind.
