We may decline or cancel orders due to:

7. Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days
Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

By ordering from Apitee, you agree to our full Shipping Policy.

We currently ship within:

8.3 Delivery Time (U.S. Only)

Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

8.4 Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Flat rate $6.99

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once shipped.


9. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered”

  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect customer addresses

For stolen or mis-delivered packages, please contact the carrier first.


10. Cancel or Change Orders

You may request cancellation or modification before the order is processed.

If the order has already been processed or shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • You must follow the Return & Refund Policy

We may decline change requests made after fulfillment.


11. Return & Refund Policy

All returns and refunds follow our full Return Policy.

To qualify:

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

11.2 Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective/wrong item → Free return shipping

  • Wrong size / change of mind → Free return shipping

  • Exchanges → Free return + free reshipment

11.3 Refund Timeline
  • Item received: 1–3 business days

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days

  • Refund initiated immediately

  • Bank processing: 1–2 business days

11.4 Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Users may NOT:
