You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to approve the return.

Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)

To initiate a return:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (optional, but recommended)

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive:

    • Return authorization confirmation

  4. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving approval.
